It seems to be very well constructed and looks nice.
It seems to be very well constructed and looks nice too. It is light and can be folded in a relatively small package so you can take it with you in a travel and use it as back up in case you came back with more than expected.

Great waterproof storage for a boat.
Great waterproof storage for a boat. In heavy rain, water can get into the locker storage in my boat, the Duffel provides a place to store items that must be kept dry.

My main luggage piece for a 20day motorcycle ride.
So in what might be the ultimate test for this bag, I bought it to take with me as my main luggage piece for a 20day motorcycle ride across the US. I researched it quite extensively before I bought it obviously as I'd be up a creek if it failed. The verdict - it held up to driving rain, sleet, snow and the occasional hail shower with zero leakage. Also it is really robust and can take a pounding from being dropped and dragged. And lastly it has sufficient straps and buckles so I could secure it to my bike really securely - trust me you don't want it shifting when riding a sharp curve ! Where I think there is some room for improvement is in the velcros at the opening - not the best lines up I don't think, would've liked a heavy duty zipper as well but this is more like traditional dry bags - ie you fold over the top and strap it down. Works beautifully.
