Works great. Has a small bag that zips closed, then two more zips on the pouch, and then a Velcro closure. I wear mine when I paddle board, so I can carry my phone, ID, and a whistle. Haven't stayed submerged with it on, but it did get wet briefly, and my belongings stayed dry.

I thought when I saw the ad that it was a waterproof belt (I have one for scuba divers), but it was more of a travel castle that works in the water. The (supplied) plastic bag kept my money dry, and it protected my waterproof camera.
